 Fees

Your initial evaluation is Free. 

My package fees are easy to work with, and easier to track.     I may supply a telephone number local to your community for my use,  postage for patient correspondence,  and your fee assumes my active patient contact period of between 3 and 4 months.  This includes my facilitating a secure, encrypted remote connection to work within your Practice Management Software or Web-based program.   It would be a rare event that would require me to physically visit your office, so fees typically associated with this type of service are unnecessary.  

If I don’t get production into your chair, I don’t get paid, period.  If I you haven’t produced the base in the period noted, you will have the difference returned.  This is not a likely scenario.  I require a minimum of 2 hours access per day, during normal business hours via secure remote log-in.  The more time I have available to be in your system and on the phone with your patients, the more productive I will be.   The more digitized a practice, the more productive I will also be.  For all practices, I will only recommend my services if I believe we will both obtain an acceptable return on investment- you in money, and me in time spent.  I keep a detailed tracking log, which not only tracks my methods of contact, but also the production generated.

In essence, you break even if I schedule just a few crowns, and I will most certainly schedule much more that that.  Call me to discuss your opportunities, and I would be delighted to hear about your practice.

You will also receive a final manual with a detailed breakdown of the opportunities, the cracks noted in your systems (noting which ones I’ve sealed and which ones remain with guidance on how your team can begin to seal them), the results to date of my effort, and ways to continue this work In-House.  New Letter templates, tracking worksheets,  and scripts tailored to your Practice will be included in your manual.

Established Practices:  If you have a wall of charts or a huge number in your patient database, you have a wealth of treatment opportunities.  It has taken some time to build this mountain and it is a more challenging mountain to tackle.  This is what is so overwhelming to your team.  It’s just such a big effort that it freezes great employees in place.  Where do they start?    Through my contact, I will identify the areas of missed opportunities with your Patients, by listening and tracking what they are saying were their barriers.

 I must have a minimum of 2 dedicated (consecutive) hours during normal business hours in one of your computers in order to do my work as efficiently as possible.  The hours can be determined by your office.  Many offices have me use an extra operatory computer, or a computer assigned to a panorex.  The cursor in the office has control, so if that computer needs to be used, you will be able to immediately inerrupt my control  and I will wait until it is free.  Appointments would be either directly scheduled by me using my ability to schedule remotely, or scheduled by your team when your patient calls after having received a call or letter from me inviting them to schedule.  I can be contacted on my Toll Free number: (800) 309-4744, or by submitting a query below.
