 If you’ve got a mountain of Unscheduled Treatment, you’re not alone!  My work will remove a huge burden from your shoulders, and you’ll be able to start with an easier and tighter system. 

Your Doctor will be tasking me to work within your system, without disrupting the flow of your work, leaving good records of my activity for you to move forward with.  I will not be working to find what is wrong, but rather, will be bringing what is right to the top where it has alot of room to grow!  I have been in your shoes, and know the challenges of addressing this area of Dentistry.  The difference is…..I actually LOVE this part, and it is all I do!  No interruptions from Emergency calls, no surprise patient in the reception area, or supply representative stopping in.  I am able to focus on this and clear the decks for you.  Your success as we move forward is my ultimate goal.  I am looking forward to the opportunity to temporarily join your team for the focused work of Reactivation and Unscheduled Treatment. 

What will I do?

• Digging in the data to weed out the truly “Inactive” patients
• Sorting through that data to identify Unscheduled Treatment opportunities
• Creating good tracking systems, using the hard work you are already doing
• Calling and writing patients who have not yet scheduled, and who need to be welcomed back
• Tracking Patient barriers
