FAQs
“… she contacted the patients that slipped through the cracks to schedule production (her original goal) and even ones where the aging was getting pretty long (with some success). She helped do a phone interview with the FD I did end up hiring, has some great ideas about marketing to patients with families, and even came up with postcards designed for my practice to try and retain some patients who are on the fence with me being OON and brochures for sleep apnea.”

How do I know if I need your services?
To determine if you need my services, you should look at a few areas.
- Are there multiple patients whom you have seen for a Comprehensive Evaluation but whom never return?
- Do you wonder if your “Active Patient” number is accurate?
- If all treatment plans are entered into your computers, what is the bottom line number of unscheduled treatment?
- Do you have openings in your operative or hygiene schedule and a backlog of unscheduled treatment and/or past due hygiene appointments?
If any of the answers to these questions are of concern to you, I will provide an analysis of need as a courtesy. Call me Toll Free at (800)309-4744 and I’d be happy to discuss your Practice. My courtesy to you!
If I see no need for my services other than small changes that can be done in-house, I will recommend that, and there will be no charge to you. ”Make Work” is not in my menu of services!
How can you work with my patients if you are on the other side of the country? Do you have to come to my office?
If you have an internet connection, I can work for you just as easily from my office as I could if I were sitting at your Front Desk.
- I remotely access your unscheduled treatment and reactivation opportunities via secure remote connection. I provide a Free evaluation of those opportunities.
- I schedule your patients myself, through your Practice Management Software. I reconnect with your patients, and leave you with a foundation to build a more efficient follow-up system.
- You do not have to be chartless to utilize my services. If your Team enters any data into a computer, you will benefit from my services.
“…If you are on the fence about using a consultant especially because of the high price tag, I would call Lisa first. I think just a few tweaks from her and a FD that she can work in tandem well with will make big strides in your production moving forward.”
How long does this take?
- A good time frame for the average Practice would be approximately 2-3 months of active work, followed by the period of free email trouble-shooting. You will not pay me for the length of my effort, only for the outcome.
How much is this going to cost?
- Please review our section under the Get Started tab for details.
“…So the final result on an ROI perspective? 4 months on my job was an ROI for me of about 10:1 on a production level. Even if it was 1:1, she is worth every penny and now a great friend and one that I know I can always bounce a question off and get an honest answer on what to do. For the price, I don’t think you can get a better bang for your buck than what Lisa can provide for you. ”
What happens when you are done?
- I will have cleared the decks which is a job most front office staff detest and are frequently overwhelmed by. If it wasn’t an enormous project, it would not have become a problem in the first place.
What if my office has systemic problems that are identified during your work? Will you help us with that?
- I will focus on reactivations and unscheduled treatment exclusively. I will report to you any issues I find within your systems which may be limiting your growth, and will also make recommendations for those things I feel can be done well in-house by your Team. Backlogs of unscheduled treatment are usually indicative of other system weaknesses. If I feel there are serious systemic issues, I will advise you of resources available for long-term practice management. This is not a service which I provide. I will, however, put you in a stronger position to take advantage of this service if it is indeed necessary.
