Lisa Weber is the founder and owner of Production Finder.  She began a career in finance in 1983, working as the Finance and Insurance Manager for a large company in the Houston area.  Lisa lives with her husband near the Shenandoah Valley in Northern Virginia, and has 3 adult sons. 

Lisa has thirteen years of experience in the dental field.  She gained a wealth of experience as the Clinical Coordinator and sole Dental Assistant to the owner of a well-regarded Cosmetic and Restorative Practice in Northern Virginia. 

Lisa’s Dental Business and Administrative experience began as the Finance and Insurance Coordinator of a multi-doctor Practice, where she developed a highly successful Treatment Coordination program, helping to maintain the connection between two clinically gifted dentists, and their patients.  Lisa’s transition to Office Manager of this practice allowed her to pair her Business Administration interest with another love- facilitating treatment between skilled and caring clinicians and their patients.

With Production Finder, she is able to connect with patients across the country, in a large variety of Dental Practices.  Reconnecting these patients with their Dentist is her passion.  Analytical by nature, but with a long history of exceeding the expectations of Doctors as well as Patients, Lisa will bring her experience to your Practice, and your Production back into your chair.  What are Lisa’s previous clients saying about their results?
